LOC: Indian army shelling kills youth in Kashmir😞😞



The Indian Army targeted a young tractor driver from the Line of Control (LoC) on the other side in Azad Kashmir.
Police officer Ansar Mehmood said the Indian Army targeted a young man, Mohammad Ali, who was shot in the neck in his village Nali, in Barnala Tehsil, Azad Kashmir.
"The 20-year-old fell from the tractor and died on the spot," he said.
The deceased belonged to the village of Siri, a suburb of Sambhani Tehsil in Bhimber district, and was supporting his family by driving and was laid to rest in his native village.

Azad Jammu and Kashmir Senior Minister Chaudhry Tariq Farooq said that 'it was a brutal incident of target killings where Indian soldiers have been targeting innocent civilians for years'.
The minister, belonging to Bhimber, said: "This is the latest incident by Indian soldiers to target unarmed and innocent civilians in Kashmir, but there is no tension in the LoC at this time."
Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir Raja Farooq Haider condemned the brutal incident on social networking site Twitter.
He said in his statement that "dangerous weapons are used by rival forces on both sides of the battlefield, but the cowardly Indian army is traditionally targeting innocent civilians".

Azad Jammu and Kashmir Disaster Management Secretary Syed Shahid Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that the Indian Army is constantly violating ceasefire in the LoC and is not following the 2003 ceasefire agreement.
He said that innocent civilians were constantly going to death due to violations of Indian Army.
He said that this year, at least 56 civilians were killed and 266 others were injured as a result of India's violations in various areas of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. 

On October 25, the Indian army opened an unprovoked shelling at Kotli district, killing a Kashmiri along with his son and injuring one of his children.

Raja Mehmood Shahid, deputy commissioner of the Neelam Valley, said that "Indian forces used small and heavy weapons and the shelling was very high".
He said the shelling of Indian forces resulted in the death of a man named Gul Zarin and his 12-year-old son, Sultan, in Lala village.


Earlier, on October 20, the indiscriminate shelling of the Indian army on the Line of Control in Azad Jammu and Kashmir resulted in the death of a Pakistani army man and six civilians.
The local administration said 9 Kashmiris were injured as a result of shelling by the Indian Army.
However, the Pak army responded effectively to this provocation of India and in retaliation, 9 Indian soldiers were killed, several wounded and 2 bunkers destroyed.

It is to be remembered that on October 15, three people of the same house were martyred and 8 were injured by the indiscriminate shelling of the Indian army in different villages of the Line of Control Sector Nizapur.

On October 16, Pakistan summoned the Indian Deputy High Commissioner to the Foreign Office to register a protest against the indiscriminate firing on the Line of Control by the Indian Army.
Earlier, on October 8, the Foreign Office also summoned the Indian High Commissioner for indiscriminate firing on the LoC on October 6 and 7 by the occupying Indian Army and recorded a protest from Pakistan.
Similarly, on September 30, the LoC's Nakial and Rakh Chakri sectors were protesting the indiscriminate firing of the Indian Army, resulting in the death of a 60-year-old woman and a 13-year-old child.
