Riyadh (Updated: April 18, 2018) A unique land lease agreement has been reached in the Saudi capital, Riyadh. According to the details, the landlord leased the land for a thousand years, which is the annual rent 2 Riyals have been fixed, which means that the rent for one thousand years will be 2,000 Riyals.
The agreement has been confirmed by the court of Qasim Region. The lease of land will start from 1354 AH and end in 2354 AH.
