West Indies stopped Afghanistan at 194 runs
Lucknow, Nov 06 (UNI) West Indies stopped Afghanistan for 194 in 45.2 overs in the first one-day international cricket match on Wednesday thanks to nappy bowling and excellent fielding.Rahmat Shah (61) and Ikram Ali Khalil (58), who came on the crease after the opening pair of opener at Atal Behari Akana International Cricket Stadium, gave Afghanistan hope of a big score.
But after his dismissal, only Afghan Asghar (35) could face the West Indies while the lower-order batsmen lost their wickets and returned to the pavilion.
