Chad Accuses Central African Republic Troops of War Crime

Islam Times - According to Reuters, Chad's defense ministry said on Sunday that troops of neighboring Central African Republic (CAR) had attacked a Chadian military post, killed one soldier, and kidnapped and executed five others - actions it said amounted to a war crime.
